At WallDec, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy and a hassle-free refund process.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@walldec.co.uk within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

Return Confirmation: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return.

Return Shipment: Prepare your product for return by securely packaging it to avoid any damage during transportation. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which amount to £25 per package.

Return Label: You may use your preferred shipping carrier, but we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We can provide a return label upon request; however, the £25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming its eligibility. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Note: If you are returning multiple packages, please contact us beforehand to discuss potential color variation due to different batches.
